Chad believes that our state government works best when our elected officials have healthy debates on the big issues facing Pennsylvania. He will always try to work across the aisle on issues like bringing critical supply chains and jobs back home, but he will also stand his ground when it comes to issues of principle, like protecting our rights and our democracy.
Chad’s priorities will continue to grow and deepen as he embarks on a listening tour across Pennsylvania, meeting with communities throughout the state to understand how he can best serve in the State House.
Defending and Expanding Pennsylvania's Middle Class
Chad believes that a strong middle class what helps make a thriving Pennsylvania. Too many families are working harder than ever yet falling further behind, and Harrisburg needs leaders who will fight to change that. Chad will stand up for policies that lower costs for working families, protect fair wages, and keep good-paying jobs right here in Pennsylvania. He will work to strengthen local small businesses, invest in job training and apprenticeship programs, and make sure every community has access to the opportunities they need to grow.
Fighting for Lancaster Farmers
Chad is committed to strengthening Pennsylvania agriculture through strategic investments in innovation, the protection of local food systems, farmland preservation, and the promotion of sustainable practices. His plan also includes addressing critical challenges and enhancing agricultural infrastructure to support farmers across the state.
Keeping our Communities and Kids Safe
Chad has first hand experience with the challenges facing our first responders and the communities they serve. He knows they need modern tools and resources to do their jobs effectively and safely.
Every child deserves access to a high-quality SAFE education. Chad will work to ensure our schools are fully funded, safe, and equipped to prepare students for lifelong success.
Districts Constituent Services
The core responsibility of a state representative is to make sure the people they serve have access to the government services they deserve. Chad Gleissl is committed to continuing the tradition of top-tier constituent services that residents of PA House District 37 deserve. His office will be a resource and problem-solver for anyone facing challenges navigating government systems. And if Chad can’t solve it directly, he’ll find the right person who can—and make sure it gets done.
