Chad's Family Background.
Chad’s mother, Audrey, is a U.S. Army veteran who proudly served her country. While overseas, she met Chad’s father, Ben, and the two were married in Augsburg, Germany. Chad’s father then immigrated to the United States, and they worked to build a family in Manheim, PA.
Chad’s father owned his own welding business, and his mother worked to become a successful business professional and adjunct professor. Together, they created a comfortable middle-class home to raise Chad and his brothers in.
Chad's Professional life
Chad has worked to build a career in public safety. He has been in law enforcement since he was in college, and after, he worked as a police officer.
Chad later became a police sergeant and continued expanding his knowledge and expertise by serving as his department’s community policing officer. He won an international award in 2021 for his innovations in community-oriented policing and his programs within the community he serves. In 2022, Chad received his department’s Medal of Valor for his involvement in a shooting incident in which a hostage was saved.
